Retirement was always a blur to my wife and I. We work hard and have fun but never really had a plan on where were were going to be, and what retirement was actually going to look like. It was by a unique series of events, that we began to see clearly where we wanted to end up, and started to develop the plan on how to get there. It is truly amazing when you have a plan or target to aim for, what you can get accomplished. We currently live in Central Wisconsin, and have a beautiful home on 5 acres in the country. Wisconsin is an amazing state with many beautiful places to visit, but in our opinion it doesn’t hold a candle to the vast mountain ranges and stunning scenery that is Colorado. We both have had many jobs and life experiences here in Wisconsin that we hope can be transferred to Colorado when we finally pull the plug. Our goal with this blog is to share our experiences on how we made this move happen. It will be an ongoing blog with all of our experiences shared, both positive and negative. Our hope is to meet others who have completed a journey like this and to share what we have learned with those who would like to do the same. Please check back often as we update along the way.
